Karbalayi Muhammad Riza, son of the late Karbalayi ‘Ali Akbar, and Karbalayi Najaf ‘Ali, son of the late Karbalayi Ghulam, as guardians of the children of the late Husayn Ibn ‘Ali Akbar Khuzani, son of the late Mashhadi ‘Abbas from Varnusfadiran, exchange a piece of land located in Saruh known as Haji Muzaffari for thirty two tumans and two thousand dinars, with one and hundred dinars and ten loads of Muhubin wheat for the detriment clause.

Settlement of Khavar Sultan, daughter of the late Mashhadi Mir and wife of Haydar ‘Ali from Varnusfadiran, on behalf of her underage children, with Haji [Aqa Habib?] Khan, son of Mirza ‘Abbas from the same village; they exchange a piece of land in Farvand Muzaffari for eleven tumans and one hundred dinars, with forty misqals of Muhubin wheat for the detriment clause. Khavar Sultan's husband, Aqa Haydar ‘Ali, has guaranteed this settlement.
